At Hutt United Hockey Club, we are committed to providing a safe, fair, and respectful environment for all players, coaches, officials, and supporters. If you have witnessed or experienced an incident—whether it’s an injury, a breach of the Code of Conduct, unsafe conditions, or any other concern—we encourage you to report it promptly.
Reporting Process
By reporting incidents, you help us maintain a positive club culture, address concerns effectively, and ensure the safety and well-being of everyone involved. All reports will be handled confidentially and taken seriously.
Injury or Health & Safety Concern? – Report as soon as possible so we can take appropriate action.
Code of Conduct Violation? – Sportsmanship and respect are key to our club’s success. Let us know if you’ve seen behavior that doesn’t align with our values.
Facility or Equipment Issue? – Help us keep our playing environment safe by flagging any hazards.
